These Hostel Rules & Regulations are framed to ensure discipline, 24/7 student safety, hygiene, and a peaceful academic learning environment for all residents of the University Hostels.
Accommodation & Stay Policies
Room Allocation & Sharing
Rooms are allotted based on availability and institutional merit. Room swapping or subletting without Warden approval is strictly prohibited.
Curfew & Quiet Hours
Hostel gates close strictly at 8:00 PM. Designated quiet hours (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM) are strictly enforced for peaceful study and rest.
Mess & Dining Guidelines
Nutritious vegetarian meals are served during fixed mess timings. Carrying food items, plates, or utensils to rooms is not permitted.
Zero Tolerance Violations
Ragging, smoking, alcohol, narcotics, electrical heating appliances, and possession of unauthorized weapons will lead to immediate expulsion.
