Every enrolled student of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam University is required to abide by the university statutes, ordinance guidelines, and disciplinary rules enacted to uphold the highest standard of academic excellence.
Key University Regulations
Mandatory Attendance
Students must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance in lectures and practical sessions in each semester to be eligible for university end-semester examinations.
Campus ID & Dress Code
Wearing the official University Identity Card on campus and adhering to the prescribed departmental uniform dress code is mandatory at all times.
Zero Tolerance on Ragging
Ragging in any form (verbal, physical, or psychological) is strictly prohibited as per Supreme Court & UGC guidelines and is punishable with immediate FIR & expulsion.
Tuition Fee Timelines
Semester tuition fees and examination fees must be deposited within notified dates. Non-payment may attract late penalty or withholding of hall tickets.
